Women’s Health Naturopath, Feminine Healing Coach & Intuitive Guide
Motivated by my own journey with recovering from post-birth control syndrome and healing my own inner feminine, I am passionate about helping women come home to the power of themselves. My joy in life is to be a pillar of inspiration and education to guide women to their own authentic raw expression. My highest values are truth and love, infused into my service.
My story involves suffering with hormonal chaos and emotional numbness after losing my father to cancer & ceasing hormonal contraception five years ago. I was disconnected from everything I now know to be my feminine power & wisdom, resulting in numerous trips to the hospital with panic attacks, severe anxiety, and a life crippled by reoccurring heart palpitations and one big chronic headache which lasted a year.
Through reconnecting to my innate feminine body-wisdom, healing my sister wounds, and coming home to the juiciness of feminine living, I alchemised my greatest struggle into my biggest joy, & now purpose. Finding the feminine within me saved my life, and it is now my soul’s mission & greatest pleasure to help other women do the same.

My devotion lies within creating everlasting, transformative and immensely healing experiences for those I work with. It is my deeply rooted belief that women have all the wisdom and tools they need to thrive and flourish in today’s society – and I take it within my stride to simply aid in the remembrance of the divinity it is to be a woman.
My call to action came when I found myself struggling with severe anxiety, bringing my life to a complete standstill. With a lack of deep connection and a state of confusion, I relied solely on a partner for all my support and needs, looking everywhere except for within.
It wasn’t until I was introduced to “women’s work” that I felt a sense of immense relief. From here my journey became a series of life-changing twists and turns that unlocked and empowered the depth of who I was. By walking a path committed to my inner healing, my anxiety began to disappear and made room for my deeply longed desires – feminine remembrance, deep connection and an undeniable sense of self.
The journey of traversing my own struggles, has ignited my passion to guide others to their own path of liberation. With a tool belt of skills and knowledge it is an absolute joy to curate personalized experiences that are full of safety, transformation and healing.

Hey sister, I’m Sara! I feel most alive when I’m helping women connect to their sensual selves.
My passion for love & pleasure ripples into all areas of my life, motivating me to help other women live the life of their dreams! Having previously lived a dull, dry, empty life myself, I am dedicated to helping women remove themselves from the trap of a mundane life.
My journey with women’s work started after years of feeling lost, alone and confused about what it really meant to be a women. I (like many women) was brought up to live from my head, disconnected from my heart, my body and my emotions. This way of living was not good enough for me, I needed more & I searched high and low until finally finding what I was searching for through working with other women. I finally found a deep connection to myself! I finally felt what it truly means to be a woman, and I love it!
I wholeheartedly believe that all women already have everything they need to live an incredible life, they sometimes just need a reminder and some guidance of how magical they already are.
OUR STORY
Rising Goddess Co is the collaboration between three women who found their paths divinely aligned in the reclamation of feminine wisdom and connection.
We intend on creating a safe yet thought-provoking space for women to feel heard, held and seen. A place to get real, become vulnerable and experience creating relationships with women on a deeper, more conscious level.
Through an array of different offerings, we want to encourage the light of a woman’s inner goddess to shine, so this transformative energy can naturally empower her in the outside world.
Our dream is to make this into a large community of women, a sisterhood even, where every woman who is a part of it knows that they have a shoulder to lean on, unconditional support behind them and the inner support of their own goddess.
